Albany Creek State High School is an Independent Public School located 15 kilometres north of Brisbane. The school receives most of its students from the Albany Creek, Albany Hills and Eatons Hill primary schools and has a current enrolment of over 1500 students. Albany Creek State High School has an enrolment management plan which limits enrolments to within the school's catchment area or students who have gained successful entry into one of the Excellence Programs; Football (soccer), Dance, Drama, Visual Arts and Instrumental Music.
ACSHS has a reputation for providing a superior learning experience for students from Year 7 to 12.
