4wd Spare Parts

All Four x 4 Spares has been a leader in the 4wd community for almost 40 years, currently employing 90 very passionate staff that enjoy working in a fun environment. We offer New (Genuine and Aftermarket) 4wd Parts and Accessories as well as Used and Exchange parts. We import and export orders across Australia and around the world. Our main customer base is in the Automotive and Mining Industries. Our Spare parts department is basically seperated into new parts and accessories, and second hand (Used) parts. We also have a very successful Service Centre.

Our staff are generally from a 4wd background and love the product. Because morale is good, we enjoy low staff turnover. This position has been created due to the continued growth we have experienced over the past 10 years.

We require preferably an experienced Spare Parts and Accessory Salesperson or Mechanic who is fast on their feet, as well as a quick thinker, as this position encourages you to be creative. Although you will be self-managed, you will report directly to the Spare Parts Manager, who will be working side by side with you "at the coal face". The successful applicant will be expected to have excellent Customer service skills and be well-presented. A "Can Do" attitude is required to fit into our culture, as is a happy and friendly personality, who wants to better themselves and keep the business moving forward, always ahead of our opposition. The successful applicant will develop the skill of asking the right questions to find out what the customer's needs are regarding Price/Quality/Delivery. This current position will most likely be more accessories based involving sales and advice on products such as Suspension upgrades, Bull Bars, Winches, Tow Mirrors etc. If 4wding and Caravaning are your passions, this position would be of interest to you in particular.

Competencies
- Strong Mechanical knowledge

Preferably a Mechanlc looking to go into sales

Experience with Titan software an advantage

Passion for customer service and sales

Responsibilities include providing quality customer service and reliable advice over the phone and in our showroom
