**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
- Processing private and bulk billing.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a medical receptionist or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software and medical practice management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
