We are currently looking for an experienced **HVAC Refrigeration Technician** to work at the state of the art **Queensland Children's Hospital **in **South Brisbane**. You'll be joining a supportive team, working within an air-conditioned environment to provide the maintenance of this site (no construction).

**The Position**:

- Planned and Reactive Maintenance of HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical Assets across site
- Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice
- Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works using digital iPad maintenance software

**The Person**:

- Cert 3 in HVAC Trade
- Restricted Electrical license
- QBCC license
- Current white card
- Experience within maintenance
- In line with current Legislation, it will be a requirement to provide evidence of COVID vaccinations, police check clearance and evidence against a range of vaccine preventable diseases._
