**Foreperson/ Supervisor (Construction)**

This is a rare opportunity to join Attic Group’s Attic Conversions and First Floor Additions business unit. The Attic Group has been in business for 47 years and has converted more than 50,000 Australian families' homes with amazing attic conversions.

Due to the ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Site Supervisor with solid domestic construction and estimating experience, who is motivated and committed to adding true value to the overall business.

As well as managing the business unit, applicants must be experienced in estimating projects and have a steadfast focus on controlling job costs and be responsible for the profitability for each project. In addition, the applicant would be expected to have significant experience in dealing with project teams and customers.

**Essential Skills / Experience**
- Domestic builder unlimited DBU licence would be an advantage
- 3+ years managing residential building projects
- Solid experience estimating residential projects and cost control
- Project scheduling experience and skillset
- Experience managing teams
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service, solutions focused attitude
- Well presented, professional
- Self-motivated and a team player
