De-boner and Knife Handler

Our client, one of the leading providers for fresh poultry in Australia,

is seeking experienced

**De-boners** to join their team in
**Thomastown** as soon as possible.

There are
**multiple** positions available across both Day and Afternoon shifts.

**To be considered for this role you must have a willingness to work and to learn.**

**Skills Required**:

- Preferred experience working with raw meat and have had exposure to using knives such as abattoir workers or boning.
- Physical capability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically.
- Successfully worked as part of a team.
- To be able to communicate written and verbally
- Able to lift up to 20kg.
- Full work rights - must be able to work minimum of 5 day.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be physically fit.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements.
- Able to work in temperature-controlled environments.
- A basic knowledge of the food manufacturing environment and/or food handling certificates would be an advantage.
