Morcare Services are looking for support workers to join the team and work for our clients based in the Bayside Area

**Your Responsibilities**
As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks:

- Community Access - assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programs
- Domestic duties - maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry.
- Personal care activities including showering, dressing and toileting
- Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community
- Meal assistance and preparation.

**Shift Times and Locations**:
We have quite a a variety of weekday and weekend shifts to suit most availabilities. Our dedicated Rostering Team will work with you to coordinate a roster that suits you and your lifestyle, and your work needs

An example of some of our shifts on offer are as below.

Moorabbin:

- Weekly Thursday and Fridays from 7:00am to 6:00pm
- Daily: 7:30am - 9:30am
- Daily: 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Aspendale Gardens
- Tuesday Evenings
- Wednesday Evenings
- Friday: Inactive Sleepover Support
- Inactive Sleepovers

Parkdale
- Friday Afternoons: 6 hour shifts.

Carrum Downs
- Wednesdays 12:00pm - 3:00pm
- Thursdays: 9:00am - 12:00pm (week 1), 12:00pm - 3:00pm (week 2)
- Sundays: 5:30pm - 10:30pm

Black Rock
- Occasional In-Active Sleepover Support shifts: 4:30pm - 9:00am
- Occasional Daily Support Shifts: 8:30am - 4:30pm

**Qualifications**:
If you have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar, reach out today As we have clients requiring specific support needs.

**Your Requirements**:

- Full Australian drivers license
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- A reliable car to attend shifts or transport clients
- Current Level 2 First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Certificate or qualification related to Support Worker duties (preferred but not essential)
- International Police Check (if required)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Caring nature and ability to understand clients and their needs
