**The Role**
This permanent full-time role is based out of our Brisbane Depot in Acacia Ridge. This will be a challenging role where you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Security and Gatehouse functions across all sites, conducting Subcontractor Audits and maintaining master files. Some after hours and weekend work maybe required.

**Duties**:

- Manage the day-to-day Brisbane and Sydney Security/ Gatehouse staff and organise relief staff where required
- Manage operations for Compliance Monitoring Officers and organise relief staff as required
- Assist with the management of the Compliance and Monitoring teams including Compliance reporting
- Training new staff as required - CMT, Brisbane & Sydney Gatehouse
- Assist drivers with day-to-day compliance issues
- Conduct investigations into complaints from the general public
- Investigate violations and suspected breaches within Sentinel / EWD
- Educating and assisting staff on compliance issues
- Adherence to all Company requirements regarding the completion of paperwork

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within heavy industry/ logistics and compliance is desirable.
- Security licence (preferred)
- High level reasoning, problem solving and planning skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing objectives.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence others.
- High level computer skills
