**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic **Design Consultant** to join our team, working within our vibrant Design Centre. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with a background in retail or sales and an interest in interior design, colour, and texture. While design experience is highly regarded, it's not essential-we'll support the right person with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

**In this Role You Will**:

- Deliver a world-class customer experience to all clients and visitors
- Engage with walk-in customers and guide them through their selection journey
- Coordinate and manage all customer selection appointments in the Design Centre
- Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard
- Keep samples organised, up to date, and displayed professionally
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and follow-ups
- Enter data and manage stock coordination using SAP

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- A natural eye for design, colour, and texture
- Experience in retail or a customer-focused sales environment
- Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with great problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- SAP experience (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction
