**About the Brand**:
Running Bare is an Australian icon that has been meeting every woman's sportswear, active and leisure wear needs for over 30 years. We are seeking a **_Store Manager _**who will oversee our existing Karrinyup, WA** **location while driving them to success.

**About the Role**:

- Drive the business and market the brand.
- Lead a sales team to success.
- Mentor, train, develop and performance manage your staff.
- Achieve KPI's set by Running Bare.
- Be able to conduct and manage reports.
- Provide high levels of customer service.
- Be sales driven and motivated to reach your daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Have a sound and intimate knowledge of the product.
- Educate customers on the brand and properly fit them for their needs.
- Adhere to stock and merchandising standards.
- Reflect the brand image and be a brand ambassador at all times.
