The Role

As a Farro Floor Team Member, you’ll be the welcoming face of our venues. You’ll manage bookings, greet and seat guests, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen—always with a smile. You’ll also help resolve any guest concerns to ensure everyone leaves raving about Farro.

- Greet, seat, and serve guests following our service standards
- Ensure smooth delivery of food and beverage orders
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment—tables, tableware, venue
- Complete opening and closing checklists accurately
- Learn and talk about our menu, specials, and venue offerings
