**_Fantastic Opportunity_**_ for a Laboratory Technician / QA Officer - Our client is a contract packing business specialising in wine & spirits. Based in the South-eastern suburbs, they are a family owned & operated business._ **_Great company to work for_**
**_Key Responsibilities_**_- _Perform and record liquid analysis on bulk arrival._
- _Perform and record liquid analysis for production._
- _Send analysis to customers and perform necessary changes according customer requirements._
- _Assist with blending._
- _Assist with cleaning of tank room and lines._
- _Oversee cleaning of lines during change experience_

**_Experience Required_**:

- _
- _Previous lab experienced in beverage, food or pharmaceutical manufacturing._
- _Tertiary education in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Laboratory Techniques_
- _Knowledgeable in FSANZ regulations, production processes, GMP and HACCP management system_
- _Excellent verbal & written communication skills_
- _Team-oriented_
