Key Responsibilities:
- **Bookkeeping**:
- Recording financial transactions (e.g., sales, invoices, expenses).
- Maintaining financial records in software like MYOB AccountRight & Xero.
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts.
- Processing payments and handling banking activities.
- Preparing basic financial reports.
- Liases with Tax Accountant

- **Administrative Support**:
- Organizing and maintaining files (physical and electronic).
- Preparing documents, reports.
- Pricing & job costing.
- **Other**:
- May handle invoicing, expense reporting, and accounts receivable/payable.
- May assist with payroll processing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in bookkeeping MYOB & XERO.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,943.54 - $87,142.45 per year
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 4 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English as your 1st language (required)
