**About the role**

This is a long term role for a food & beverage professional.

**What you would be doing**

The main things that you would be doing include:
Hands on planning, supervision and overseeing of restaurant and functions service

Involvement with menu creation in conjunction with the chefs

Maintain compliance for the dining facilities within health regulations and ensure they are clean and of appropriate functionality and appearance

Select, train and supervise wait staff in the restaurant

Liaise with customers in relation to their level of satisfaction with service and meal

Take reservations, greet guests and take orders as required

Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives

Maintain safe working conditions

Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment

Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary

**Who we’re looking for**

Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Possess relevant qualifications and/or at least 5 years of relevant experience as restaurant waitstaff

Creative, and passionate about hospitality and providing high standards of customer service

Positive attitude and ability to operate under pressure

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
