The Digital Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the Royal Australian Mint’s online presence. This includes supporting customer facing systems like the Mint’s website and eCommerce platform.

The duties of this position include:

- Administering and configuring customer facing systems supporting the Mint's online operations (i.e. CRM, MRP & eShop).
- Maintaining, updating and publishing website content including products.
- Supporting the delivery of ecommerce product sales.
- Working with competing priorities and accurately determining the importance of different workloads.
- Creating Risk Assessments related to any customer facing system.
- Creating and sending EDMs.

**Security clearance**
This position requires a **Baseline** security clearance. The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
