**Pay rate: $478.18-$677.07 / day + super**

**Location: Burwood / WFH**

**Primary purpose of the role**:
Responsible for undertaking workforce planning and forecasting activities, including the provision of workforce analytics and reporting to support effective resource allocation and business decision making.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Live the NSW Public Sector and organizational values to achieve outstanding outcomes for the organization and customers.
- Undertake demand pattern analysis and maintain currency of the workforce resource model for accuracy, completeness and relevance.
- Conduct resource planning for emerging and existing needs, including workforce modelling for new services and automation opportunities.
- Provide data, reporting and analytics to enable resource management across various teams within TSS People Services, including tracking of resource capabilities and career development pathways.

**Key challenges**:

- Currency and accuracy of data sources; no single source of truth.
- Ongoing validation of data from the business/senior managers.
- Consolidation of data from multiple data sources and systems.
