**Phlebotomist | Pathology Collection | Melboure**

We have positions across the following locations:

- Coburg
- Craigieburn
- Dallas
- Keilor East
- Moone Ponds
- Balaclava
- Fairfield
- Camberwell
- all locations above can be full-time or part-time hours

**We have multiple positions available with varying shifts across the week so flexibility is required.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **_Hands-on venepuncture experience_** is essential for a minimum of 6 months unsupervised **not including placement hours**:

- Drug and alcohol testing is an advantage but not essential
- Collection of blood and other samples from patients
- Experience in ECG's and Holter monitors
- Processing of Pathology Specimens
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clerical duties and basic IT skills
- High-level communication skills with colleagues and patients
- Ability to provide dedication to patient care
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Comply with Work Health and Safety

**You must be**:

- Eligible to work within Australia - Sponsorship is not available
- **Experience in blood collection (at least 6 months in Australia)**:

- **Current Police Check**:

- **AS4308 (Urine Drug Screen) Qualification would be an advantage**:

- Have a positive attitude
- Have a passion for Pathology Collection
- A clear and patient communicator
- Have a flexible approach to work and availability and be prepared to be deployed at different locations
