Motel Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-in Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual or couple with strong hospitality management experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Manage and supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily reports and budgeting
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality standards
- Perform basic maintenance and liaise with external contractors for major repairs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Manage stock levels for supplies and order as needed
- Promote the motel through local marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in motel or hotel management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of financial reporting and budget management
- Ability to handle minor maintenance tasks
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,495.95 per year
