**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the cafe.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, adhering to quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of delicious cakes and pastries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and providing change.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours and busy periods.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
