They take pride in being an "Equal Opportunity Employer" and are currently seeking Pickers and Packers to join their Distribution Centre. Responsibilities for this role encompass a variety of tasks, including manual work such as loading and unloading goods, bending, lifting, and carrying. Adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines is essential. The job requires following a weekly roster and being flexible with time frames as needed. To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions. - Be physically capable of performing the required tasks. - Ability to accurately identify products and quantities. - Prior experience with High Reach Forklift is preferred but not mandatory. - Willingness to work independently when necessary. - Experience in working with freezers and fridges. - Proficiency in English and strong communication skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Availability for additional shifts as requested. - Prior experience in food wholesale or temperature-controlled industries will be highly regarded. **Job Types**: Full-time, Casual **Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Work Location: In person
