✔ Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is essential
- Sushi preparation or Japanese cuisine experience is highly regarded (for Sushi Maker)
- Strong knife skills, food safety knowledge, and an eye for presentation
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn or lead
- Cookery students who are passionate about Japanese food are encouraged to apply

✔ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with consistency and care (Sushi Maker)
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations (Kitchen Hand)
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support food prep, stock management, and cleanliness
- Contribute to smooth daily operations as part of a collaborative kitchen team
- Uphold Sushi Train’s high standards of quality and service
