**About the role**

The key focus of the** Buys and Loans Operator & Stock Controller** role is to provide an excellent customer experience when negotiating a deal on items our customers bring in, resulting in a win-win outcome. Presenting and preparing stock for sale along with superb data base controll of our products is another important part of his role.

Training and support is always our high priority to all our employees. There is no essential need for prior experience, although highly regarded, as we just value a self starter with a drive to be part of a vibrant environment This will be offered on a **full-time **basis. A knack for negotiating would be highly advantageous. A typical day will include:

- Engaging with customers through demonstrating respect and empathy to build trust.
- Assessing items customers bring to sell or loan and negotiate a deal.
- Building on your product knowledge across a diverse range of products.
- Researching and keeping up to date with the latest market trends to assist with the negotiation process.
- Working towards achieving targets, both individually and as a store.
