**Join Our Team as an NDIS Support Worker**

**Location**: South West Sydney, Revesby

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Shifts**: Daily (Including Sleepovers)

As an NDIS Support Worker with us, you’ll be a vital part of our clients' journeys. You’ll provide personalized care and support, ensuring they thrive and live life to the fullest. Our shifts are daily, including sleepovers, so you’ll be a consistent and reliable presence in their lives.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Spread positivity and provide top-notch, person-centered support to clients with disabilities.
- Help with daily living activities like community outings, daily walks, meal prep, and household tasks.
- Accompany clients to community activities and appointments - let’s get them out and about
- Create a warm, inclusive environment that boosts independence and self-confidence.
- Keep track of clients' progress and well-being - your observations matter
- Work hand-in-hand with clients, and other support staff to tailor individual support plans.
- Stick to NDIS guidelines and best practices - we’ve got standards to uphold

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A heart of gold and a can-do attitude
- Experience in disability support or a related field is a bonus.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication skills - we love good chat
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overnight shifts.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus

Work Location: In person
