- Set clear sales goals and objectives, aligning them with the dealership’s overall targets.
- Regularly review and assess team performance, providing feedback and support to help achieve targets.
- Offer ongoing training and development to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion into sales.
- Assist the sales team in negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage the department’s budget, ensuring expenses remain within limits and financial goals are met.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the new and used car markets.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate a sales team.
- Proven sales track record in the automotive sector with strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, able to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present persuasively.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 3 years (preferred)
