Head Photographer

We’re looking for a **Head Photographer** with a sharp eye, creative flair, and a passion for visual storytelling to join our creative team for a 12 month maternity leave contract. From polished product shots to dynamic fashion editorials and scroll-stopping social content, you’ll help bring our brand and products to life across every platform.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee the running of the photography department
- Lead and execute high-quality photo shoots for **products, fashion campaigns, and social media content**:

- Collaborate with creative director, merchandisers and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across platforms
- Direct models and talent on set to achieve the desired look and feel
- Edit and retouch images to a professional standard with a fast turnaround
- Manage all aspects of the photography process—from pre-production to post-production
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques in photography and social content creation
- Organise and maintain an efficient workflow, digital asset management, and filing
- Work effectively in a fast paced live television environment

**What We're Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in professional photography, ideally in **e-commerce, fashion, and digital marketing**:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in **product, fashion, and lifestyle photography**:

- Expertise in **studio and natural lighting**, composition, and retouching
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (especially Photoshop and CaptureOne)
- Familiarity with shooting for **Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms** is a big plus
- Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable managing shoots independently and in collaboration with a creative team
- Bonus: Experience with video (short-form content or behind-the-scenes)
