Our Redcliffe Smiles Dental Practice is seeking an all-rounder, experienced Front Office Receptionist/Dental Assistant.

If you are experienced in all areas of dental reception, dental assisting and sterilization procedures, this casual position may be perfect for you.

You must be flexible with the hours and days of availability.

The position is approx 1-2 days and will include Saturdays.

We are a very team focused practice and are looking for someone to work closely with other staff members, clinicians and managers, having patients as our top priority.

While DA experience is beneficial, this position will revolve around Front Office Reception and Steri.

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering phone calls and enquiries
- Managing patient appointments and records
- Preparing accounts and collecting payments
- Liaising with clinical staff regarding patients
- General office administration
- Stock ordering
- Dental Assisting
- Sterilization and Instrument procedures
- Infection control
- Collaborate closely with the practice principal and manager

We will also be considering:
Dental Reception experience is preferred.

**Punctuality, reliability and flexibility is essential.**

Strong communication skills are essential.

Strong computing skills are essential.
