**About the Role**
BGIS is seeking a dedicated **Mailroom Driver**to join our team in Singleton, NSW. In this role, you will sort and deliver incoming mail, ensuring efficient and timely distribution across the base. **Key Responsibilities**
- Sort and deliver mail and packages across the base to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Provide efficient mailroom and courier transportation services for the client.
- Administer replacement vehicles as needed in the event of fleet vehicle breakdowns.
- Maintain vehicles in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional interactions.
- Provide support to the Transport Coordinator as required.

**About You**
- Demonstrated professionalism in communication and service excellence.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads within specified time frames.
- A valid **C Class Driver’s Licence**is essential.

**Eligibility**
Due to the security clearance required for this role, applicants must be **Australian Citizens**.
