Dog Walker and Pet Sitter

Are you a passionate animal lover with experience in the pet care industry? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Dog Walker and Pet Sitter

**Role Duties**:

- Caring for pets in their own homes.
- Administering medication as needed.
- Walking dogs and taking them to the park.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the pet care environment.
- Working with cats, dogs, horses, poultry, rodents + more

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the animal industry is essential, along with references. We will not contact applicants back with no prior experience as it is a waste of your time and ours
- Experience with reactive dogs is a plus but not necessary
- Experience with horses is a plus
- Relatively fit, as the role involves physical activity.
- Strong time management and communication skills are a must.
- Must have your own car and a valid driver's license of P plates or higher
- Willingness to obtain a police check.
- Availability to work on public holidays, including Christmas (public holiday shifts are capped at 3-4 hours).
- Job training will be provided, including a pet first aid course.
- Flexible availability as some weeks may be 10 hours, some may be 20-25 depending on time of year

Pay: $26.00 - $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
