**Bid and Tender Support**

Our client is an ASX 100 waste and resource recovery iconic market leader is seeking a Bid and Tender Support team player, to help manage the end-to-end lifecycle process for their bid and tenders portfolios. Your role will be to support the Bid Manager to ensure high-quality proposals are delivered on time by the team and that the SharePoint document library is relevant and up to date, providing a clear, simple, accessible system to enable all users to access relevant information easily.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Primarily assist with the logistics surrounding the tender, establishing and maintaining the Share Point tender team site and managing users, supporting the Manager
- Schedule and organise key gate review/approval meetings, kick-off meetings
- Develop and maintain the tender tracking tools to track opportunities and ensure completion of documents on time to meet gate and submission deadlines
- Support the bid and tender team to develop and grow the bid and tender knowledge library and user interface using best fit internal and external enterprise bid management systems and apps
- Maintain all client communications and addenda to update the bid team
- Assist with tender document management, clarification management,and ensure all bid team members have access to the latest versions of client and internal documents to respond to tenders
- Assist with development of bid and tender responses as required
- Oversee the final proposal submission/upload process and record receipts
- Undertake post-bid analysis processes to develop our bid and tender library
- CRM monthly reporting

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Great 'can do' attitude, great team player, great collaboration skills
- Sound experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM’s and ideally SharePoint + Teams experience
- Experience in bid and tender coordination and management
- Experience working with document management systems
- Experience with and management of online portals and panels
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously
- Experience reporting to a Manager
- Ideally experience in industrial, government, construction or commercial sectors

**Salary**: $99,450.00 - $132,600.00 per year
