**CKS Sydney Airport Hotel **is located on the International side of Sydney Airport and we are on the hunt for an early riser and charismatic **F&B Attendant** to join the team on the breakfast shift

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey
- Make recommendations on the Hotel, local neighborhood and Sydney attractions
- Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints from guests appropriately and follow up/report as required
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests during the breakfast shift
- Assist with Room Service orders and delivery

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Success in a customer service role
- Deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively
- Commitment to participate in a 7day per week roster.
- Must have full unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
- Positive mindset and a can do attitude
