Frankston, Australia Corrections Victoria Full time

2x Fixed term, full time roles until August 2026, with the potential for ongoing
- Salary band of $89,292 - $96,073 plus superannuation

**About the role**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Provide timely, high quality, evidence-based advice to stakeholders
- Undertake an effective assessment of an individual's risk to community safety
- Effectively manage individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
- Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines

**About you**:

- Experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutions
- Demonstrated ability to provide human services in needs assessments and development of interventions
- Pays attention to words, expression and body language; recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion
- Resolves issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines

Relevant industry qualification is desirable. Please note some travel is required within the Bayside area.
