**Your Role**

As our Bistro Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for smooth daily operations. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, support service flow, and bring energy and professionalism to every shift. With a small venue comes big impact—your leadership will shape the guest experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily service in our intimate 40-seat bistro
- Lead and support FOH staff during shifts
- Manage bookings, floor plans, and guest flow
- Provide basic bar service (wine, beer, simple cocktails)
- Handle customer feedback with care and confidence
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to elevate service

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory role
- Basic bar skills and wine service knowledge
- RSA certification (essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- A calm, confident presence in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for great food, drinks, and genuine hospitality
