**The Role**

We’re seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee our busy dispatch area. You’ll lead a small team to ensure our trucks are loaded accurately and on schedule, working hands-on alongside staff to pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and mentor a team of dispatch and warehouse staff
- Coordinate daily loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Hands-on involvement in picking, packing, and loading finished, powder-coated goods
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and paperwork
- Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Every 2nd/3rd Saturday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience managing dispatch or warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience with finished powder-coated goods preferred
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
