THE LOCATION

A 4½ Star Resort in the heart of Maroochydore offering highly sought after waterside apartments with views of the Pacific Ocean, Maroochy River and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.　

THE POSITION

The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of the common areas of the property and apartments under management.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to inspecting and cleaning common areas of the complex with the principal task being top quality cleaning and servicing of guest apartments.

After a short period of familiarisation and training the successful applicant must be able to work unsupervised and be prepared to work flexible days and hours including regular and frequent weekend work.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in a similar role may be advantageous
- Applicants must demonstrate a friendly, customer focused demeanour along with a reliable, positive and flexible approach to work
- Early morning starts sometimes required and availability for weekend work is essential
