Casual Junior Art Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach art classes to children of different ages ( 4 to 11 yr ) and skill levels as booked
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging and age-appropriate
- Create a positive and safe learning environment for all students
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills
- Encourage creativity and self-expression in all students
- Set up and clean up art supplies and materials before and after each class
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Art Education or a related field
- Previous experience teaching art classes
- Must have a valid Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be available on short notice to teach classes as bookings come in
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends sometimes.
