BFT Cranbourne is on the hunt for a **Head Trainer** to lead from the front - running high-energy sessions, building strong relationships, and helping our community achieve serious results.

**What’s Involved**:
Coach 25 high-quality group sessions per week

Mentor and support a team of trainers

Drive member engagement, retention, and performance

Represent and maintain the standards of BFT programming

Deliver regular movement coaching, form correction, and progression options

Assist with onboarding new members and creating a positive gym culture

Lead from the front with energy, professionalism, and heart

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Certificate III & IV in Fitness (minimum)

✔ Current First Aid & CPR

✔ Experience in coaching group training (minimum 1 year preferred)

✔ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

✔ A true team player who leads with initiative and positivity

✔ High attention to detail with a passion for coaching and improving others

✔ A love for the BFT methodology and brand
