**"Link Labor Hire"** is a growing recruitment agency, focused on hiring different labors for our respected clients. We are looking for two Butchers (**one cutter and one filler**) who can join us immediately to work in a large well-known manufacturer of quality and award-winning sausages, ham, bacon and other small-goods product. **Location: Granville NSW** **Timing**:Early Morning Shift 4 am to 1 pm**.** **Tasks & responsibilities** - Preparation of meats for processing/ selling purposes, by removing bones, trimming and performing mincing and grinding activities - Selection of types of meats according to the specifications and recipes provided - According to filling plan, organize and action the filling of all calibres of smallgoods on vacuum filler with automated linker. - Operate sausage filling machines, smoking chambers and cooking vats, and ensure that they are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. - **About you**: - Experience working in a Butchery or meat processing plant as a **Cutter or Filler.**: - A good stable work history demonstrating a strong work ethic, reliability and motivation - Able to perform manual handling tasks e.g. Physically fit (repetitive movements with medium to heavy lifting) a positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of other related tasks - Able to work in cold room temperature (around 5 to 10 degrees) - The ability to work in accordance with strict food safety, hygiene, quality and safety requirements - Good communication skills to be understood in a multicultural workplace, fluent in English - Must have full working rights. **Job Types**: Full-time, Casual **Salary**: $29.07 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Morning shift Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Ability to Commute: - Granville, NSW (required) Work Location: In person
