About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the preparation and submission of high-quality tender documents across various sectors in the civil construction industry. You will play a critical role in producing winning proposals, ensuring that each submission is aligned with business goals while meeting client-specific requirements. This is a permanent part-time position, flexible hours available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the full tender submission process, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Develop, edit, and refine tender content to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender proposals.
- Ensure all submissions comply with quality standards, regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Work alongside leadership personnel to develop effective win strategies.
- Incorporate branding, graphics, and visual elements using design tools
- Maintain and continuously improve standardised templates and content libraries.
- Regularly update resources based on industry development standards and team feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and compliant content.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with the construction industry, including terminology and processes.
- Collaborative with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and focused on producing high-quality, accurate, and on-brand submissions.
- At least 2 years’ experience in bid/tender coordination, with a proven track record of successful submissions.
- Familiarity with health and safety policies and procedures (desirable).

**Location**: This position is based in either our Cairns or Brisbane office, working alongside a motivated team to deliver impactful projects throughout Queensland.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $67,520.69 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
