Reporting directly to the Head of College as a key member of the College Executive, the Principal Concordia Campus is a sought after leadership position placed to lead the academic and pastoral lives for nearly 900 students from Year 7 to Year 12. The role provides a balance of ELC-12 strategic formulation and operational outcomes for the middle and senior campus.

The appointee will be a strong role model for staff and students and will demonstrate warmth, integrity, energy, an authentic Christian faith and the passion required to engage with both the school community and the wider external partnerships.

Concordia College is much more than a school and plays a central role in community cohesiveness. The Principal of the Concordia Campus has a vital responsibility in guiding its students and dedicated staff centred around the College motto - Firm in Principle, Gentle in Manner.
