**Intrax Consulting Engineers** are an Australian owned, mid-sized engineering company that provide an end-to-end service to our clients across a range of services including Structural, Civil, Residential, Building Services, Forensic, Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering.

The **Intrax Housing Division** has built its success by **inspiring volume builders** to confidently build more **innovative and affordable** homes for Australian families and we have the unique opportunity to join our **Housing** team on full-time permanent basis within our **Queensland** division as a **Site Inspector.**

**Your role will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Conducting construction site inspections of residential projects across Brisbane
- Asses the accuracy of slabs and peering on-site with reference to our structural engineer designs
- Liasing with a range of stakeholders internally and on-site
- Ensure Intrax’s commitment and reputation of high quality work is maintained and improved upon
- Utilise IT cloud based software programs to maximise efficiency

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:

- 1 - 2 years of Site Inspection experience across construction or residential industries
- Knowledge of engineering principles including residential footing/slab design and timber/steel residential framing design
- Ability to read & understand technical engineering drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management/organisational skills
- A good understanding of Australian Standards in relation to residential projects
- Valid Drivers License & White Card
