The role of Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education Innovation) at UWA presents an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives in education that enhance student employability, entrepreneurial capability, and lifelong learning. As a senior leader, you will drive strategic innovation across experiential learning, short courses, and micro-credentials, while fostering impactful partnerships with industry and community organisations.

You will be a collaborative and visionary leader with a strong track record in translating strategy into outcomes within complex organisations. Your ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including government, industry, and education providers—will be key to advancing UWA’s educational mission and reputation. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping the University’s approach to artificial intelligence in education.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring leadership experience, knowledge of education policy frameworks, and a passion for innovation. Your strategic thinking, financial acumen, and proficiency with digital tools will support the development of scalable, high-quality learning experiences.
