**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

- You will need to be a team player with the ability to work independently in a high demand role, working with key stakeholders to improve recovery outcomes for our injured workers.
- It is essential that you have a strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and how it is applied for exempt and non-exempt workers.
- You need to hold current Return to Work Certification and experience in the same.

Specifically:

- You are able to work within the parameters set and offer a balanced and strategic approach to your work. You are organised, structured in your working style, and strive to provide the highest quality of customer service to our customers.
- An experienced Recovery at Work Coordinator, passionate about returning people to health and work, you can work within processes and policies in a complex and changing environment.
- Taking a balanced, strategic, and proactive approach to your work, you can deliver positive outcomes for our customers and injured workers.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Recovery team and key stakeholders you will provide valuable input into current practices and process, with a view to achieving quality business outcomes.

**HOW TO APPLY**

**Question 1**: Provide an example of a difficult challenge you have faced in trying to work cooperatively with someone who did not share the same ideas. What techniques or strategies did you implement to overcome the challenge and what was the outcome?

**Question 2**: This role requires at times reviewing complex medical information and communicating this to key stakeholders to formulate a plan. Provide an example of when you have had to review multiple sources of information and use the information to progress a matter. What was the outcome?
