**About the role**
As a **Resolution Officer** with **TAFE SA**, you will provide crucial support in managing customer feedback and complaint processes. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, your role will foster compliance with quality standards and help improve service delivery across the organisation. You will be instrumental in promoting awareness about customer rights and responsibilities and drafting high-quality responses for internal and external stakeholders.

**Essential to this role**:
- Proven experience in mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution within large organisations.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate ethical conduct and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and cooperation with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and producing concise reports and correspondence.
- Strong investigative and analytical abilities with proven problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to work under limited direction independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and community.
- (Desirable) Familiarity with the vocational education and training sector and TAFE SA’s operational environment.
**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required during peak periods in line with business needs.
- Some intrastate/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
