**Australian Retirement Trust (ART) is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Capability Lead to join our Employer Platforms and Partnerships team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and uplift of people capability within ART through targeted training and coaching activities.**

**About the role**
As a Capability Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the expertise and capabilities of our teams to ensure the highest level of service and value is provided to our employers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading the creation and delivery of a dynamic training and coaching business model that is centered around customer experience.

With a focus on collaborative working, you will be instrumental in facilitating the development of solutions across the business unit. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you drive change and share your expertise to help achieve ART's strategic goals.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Demonstrated experience in financial services.
- A deep understanding and genuine passion for customer service and the ability to inspire and lead others to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Strong superannuation experience and knowledge of associated legislation that operates within the financial services industry.
- Ability to influence key decision makers to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Strong coaching skills and ability to design and execute learning initiatives and programs for teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and manage several activities within tight timeframes.
- Ability to document and interpret critical data points and measurables to drive proactive analytics for the business unit.
