In this exciting phase we are looking to grow our team and are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team. We have built a reputation for exceptional service of our pastries, bread & coffee and we are looking for someone to continue to help build upon this.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the smooth running of our Retail Shopfront
- Continuously deliver informative, professional service
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Work as an integral part of the team
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with guests, supervisors and staff
- Casual position
- Approximately 15 - 25 hours/week

**POS Equipment**
- Lightspeed
- Cash and Card facilities

**To be successful, you are**:

- Passionate about customer service and artisanal products
- 2 + Years experience
- Available Tuesday to Sunday
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid full time working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 23 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
