**About the Role**:
We're looking for a **Sales/Customer Growth Officer** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, people-driven, and excited about building something meaningful in the healthcare space.

You’ll be leading the way in **generating leads, doing market research, cold calling**, and building lasting relationships with healthcare businesses across Australia.

**Your Day-to-Day Will Include**:
Lead generation and outbound sales calls
Conducting market research to identify new client opportunities
Building and managing a pipeline of healthcare providers
Representing the Talent Hub brand - proudly wearing the badge and flying our flag
Contributing to the growth of a business that is changing how recruitment is done in healthcare

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in sales, customer growth, or business development
Understanding of the **NDIS or healthcare sector** (or willingness to learn)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter who thrives on results and isn’t afraid of cold calling
Passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry

**What You’ll Get**:
$65,000 base salary + uncapped commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

- Australia (required)
