About us.

Elevate support care is an NDIS registered Disability Services provider operating across Victoria and is urgently hiring casual support workers for our clients living in the South-Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas in Victoria.

Elevate support care provides flexible and consistent rostered hours every week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing emotional and physical support to individuals with diverse needs
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household chores
- Administering medication according to the care plan and medication administration guidelines
- Documenting daily care notes and providing regular updates to the team
- Promoting independence and social interaction for clients through planned activities and outings
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients

Qualifications:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Aged Care
- Previous experience working with individuals with diverse needs preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Craigieburn, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
