**The Role**

This role will see you directly supporting two academic directors and performing the following tasks:

- Coordination of calendars, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and draft a range of reports, communications and correspondence.
- Liaise with government, universities and other relevant external organisations and stakeholders.
- Maintenance of the filing system.
- Monitor and report on expenditure for the Academic Portfolio Office against budget.
- Facilitating communication between teams via meetings with other EA's.
- Agenda, report preparation and minute taking for committees as required.
- Preparation and follow-up of action decisions from meetings.
- Ensure that Workplace Health and Safety is practiced in the workplace

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated excellence in time management
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
- Experience with meeting processes including documenting minutes
- Ability to supervise, coach and or mentor junior staff.
