**The role:

This Global organisation located in the Blacktown area have graduate programs in place, and this fantastic and rare opportunity is for legal graduate to kick start their career.
- Review & evaluate, negotiate & execute customer & supplier contracts
- Keep record, monitor and change management of customer & supplier contracts
- Contract management
- Support the preparation of commercial tender assessments
- Assist to resolve any disputes which come up with existing contracts
- Maintain supplier portfolios and price lists
- Interact with internal purchase requests around the country
- Create purchase orders
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Maintain purchasing records in accordance with established procedures, plus other ad-hoc administration
- Support the Purchasing team overall
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mind-set
- Self motivation
- M.Sc, B.Sc or similar
- Law, Economics, Business administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar
- 2 years experience within the commercial sector would be ideal
