**About the role**:
CSR is looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented **Colour Consultant / Customer Service Specialist** to be the welcoming face of our **Schofields**Selection Centre. This role is a **Tuesday - Saturday** opportunity **8:30am - 4:30pm.**

In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the exciting process of selecting colours and finishes for their building projects. You'll play a key part in creating a positive and memorable experience, offering expert advice, managing appointments, and ensuring the centre runs smoothly day-to-day.

Whether you're greeting walk-in visitors, conducting personalised colour consultations, or responding to online enquiries, your ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service will make you a valued member of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly welcome and assist all customers visiting the Selection Centre.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the selection process.
- Schedule colour consultations using the online calendar system.
- Follow up with customers and adhere to centre calendar procedures.
- Conduct professional colour consultations tailored to customer preferences.
- Accurately record consultation details in the CRM database.
- Ensure merchandising materials are current and well-presented.
- Manage customer communications and transactions.

**What You'll Bring**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Customer service experience, ideally in a design or retail environment.
- Confidence using CRM systems and online scheduling tools.
- A keen eye for colour, design, and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
